It is just the cattle panel fencing. It comes in sections I believe about 5 feet tall by 16 feet lengths. It is sturdy galvanized metal that is virtually indestructable, except by my husband and his tractor but that is another story. You just make that into a circle around the hay. Like I said before we haven't done this yet but will probably this year so I don't know the exact way to fasten it. Probably big heavy duty snaps would work or wiring it. Tell me how it works for you if you use it. Dalice
