I looked under search for composition of goat milk and found some interesting sites.
One in particular seemed good the address is: http://www.dgc.co.nz/about.shtml. It talks about chemical analysis and propertites of the goats milk, why it is more easily digested, why it helps with ulcers, etc. I am suffering from a head cold right now so I can not concentrate really well while reading it. I will read it again when I feel better. Hope it will give you some answers. Dalice
