Hi Mary,
Great story and I am certainly glad it had a happy ending. Just the other day I answered an email from a person who had asked if a pond could be used as the 4th side to their fence - to keep in their goats. Now I've heard stories that "most" goats do not like to get their feet wet, but I've also heard stories where goats will cross a creek or stream to get to the green pasture on the other side. Of course I told the person asking that the pond would probably be a good barrier. Now I'm wondering if those goats will be swimming across!
Best regards,
Gary
