If it's founder and they got the feed several weeks ago you may not have any heat. What you are seeing could be pain from the damage that the founder did. Also if it is abcesses the infection could be very high in the hoof. At this point if you do not want to mess with a vet I would soak them in Epsome salts twice a day if possible. That way if there is any infection it will draw out.
