doe kids with stiff front legs

I have 2 saanen does born April 6th, they seemed fine until about a month or maybe a little longer ago. They walk fuuny like they are march little steps they spend alot of time on their knees, their hoofs look fine I have trimmed them. the older they get the worse their front legs get there back legs are fine I gave them bo-se and vitamin b complex, vitamin a & d. I think I might have to put them down I just don't think they will ever get over this. does anyone know what could be wrong or if they can be helped.
