My neighbors didn’t heed my warning concerning their dogs about keeping them confined. My brother and his family which live on the same farm as I do woke this morning to find one of the young dogs that was in with my goats 2 weeks ago barking and trying to get into their chicken pen, again the dog ran right up to my brother as if it was wanting to play. After looking farther my brother found my nieces rabbit pen demolished and the remains of 3 dead rabbits. The people that owned the dog had removed the name tag from the dogs collar which was on there when I caught the dog 2 weeks ago in with my kids. So I being the good neighbor that I am bought the dog a one way ticket to the animal pound 50 miles away and 2 county’s over from me. That’s one less problem that I or anyone else will have to worry about around here, I hope. The dog is just a big baby. The people said he was 7 months old when they came to get him the first time at my house and you can tell he’s just a big over sized baby. I truly believe he is just going through that bad puppy stag in his life, it’s a stag that he better out grow really quick because he’s used up 2 lives already of his own now. I don’t know his fate or his future. Maybe he will become a City Dog away from livestock before he meets his maker. I don't blaim the dog,its the owners of these kinda dogs that should be held accountable for their dogs actions. These people proved they are not responsible pets owners by letting it run loose and by removing their name tag from the dogs collar in order for them to not be found responsible for the dogs actions if it got caught again. Will I don't forget a Huskey with 2 blues eyes...:)Sandy & Kids
