Gloria call a vet or goat 911. You could have a few things going on here any of which could be big trouble. The fact that she is trying to get up is a big plus. I would give here some probos or yogert and try to get the vet. Could be she has calcium problems, milk fever, ketosis. Or even though you don't think it's heat related the heat often compounds problems, take her temp before you call they will ask. Sorry I can't be more help on this. Good luck and let us know what happens.
