I had a pygmy that showed no outward signs of hoof rot either but we washed it and let it dry so I could see if there was any oozing or where the smell was coming from ,and we had a fungus and hoof rot. I cleaned her hoof really well trimmed them(we had the goat one day at this time) and dosed her with agricillin and a athlete foot cream and over that coppertox. Took about 2 days to see a difference but it worked. I continued to give a injection of agricillin for 2 weeks at once a week, and foot cream and coppertox daily. It worked for us. Good luck
