Gloria,
I know how you feel about not feeling worthy of raising goats. But we all can't know everything immediately with our animals. I have learned so much in the past 8 years of having goats and continue to learn. Once I said to my vet, I thought I had seen everything in goats but now this, and she said, I keep seeing new things, you'll never know it all. That's what happens. It is good to have a goat list to go to, because the voice of someones elses first hand experience with something is reassuring and so helpful in dealing with our own problems. I also have a goat network here locally that I run signs and symptoms of my animals to to help me figure stuff out and still I lose animals too. Don't feel down on yourself. Learn from it and go on. Remember if it doesn't kill us it makes us stronger. Hope for better days.
