Gloria this sounds like goat polio to me (polioencephalmalacia) the symtoms are similar, other symptoms are staggering, blindness, weakness, twitching facial muscles, and trance like stare along with stargazing. Has she had a change in feed latley? Or stress will bring it on as well. The stargazing is definately a nurological symtom the brain is swelling making her doe this. Beings that you think she is bred I would administor 2cc of Pred F ( Normally Dexamethasone is used but DO NOT USE THIS if she is bred it will cause her to go into premature labor). I would get ahold of a vet if possible and if not possible at least get Pred F and Thiamine. Administer Thiamine at 1cc per 45 lbs. 3X a day until the symptoms disapear, the first Thiamine injection should be given IV but if no vet available this will hopfully work. If you don't have Thiamine, Vit B, will work too at 12 cc per adult goat, but straight Thiamine (B1) works better. Hope this helps get you started. We had this happen to one of our bred does one time and we did the exact same thing and she is doing fine now.
