Nell's foot last night in Epsom salts and water. Boy that was fun *g* until I caught on that keeping the mouth busy keeps the foot still. We hung a few maple branches on the fence and she entertained herself by munching the sweet green leaves.
Then I put ichtammol ointment on the foot.
I still can not see any injury and could not find anything that looks like it needs to be drained. There's no sign or smell of rot, and no swelling. But she is still very lame. I guess I will call the vet today. I hate to see her suffer with this. Even though it certainly doesn't slow her down or affect her appetite and 'tude.
