I need a shoulder to cry on. Today I gave away my daughters two pot bellied pigs. She is going off to college, and I didn't want to be stuck taking care of them. Not that I didn't like these guys, but figured if I'm going to take care of something, I'd rather put more goats in their area. I feel like I really deceived them. It was a struggle getting them into the truck. We had to rope them, and when we were all done, their sides were all red :(. I put them in the free column, and I think that was a big mistake. The guy that took them assured me he wanted them as pets, but after he got here, and I talked to him, I got the impression that he may send them off to the auction, to make money on them. He never said it, but he just didn't act too overly enthralled with them. So guys....any words to make me feel better?? I am in tears. I just hope I did right by them....I feel so awful. Poor, poor piggies. I'm going to hug my dogs now.
