Probably the third teat doesn't have an orifice. Having an extra teat isn't really a problem, unless of course you are going to show them. The other two teats should be usable. The thing to watch for, if she does have kids, is that the kids aren't nursing off of the third teat. They could starve. Smile Helene...it's not that bad....besides, some billy goats may be attracted to that :)
