You are right..some people can be so unreal..It really pisses me off. And they prey on the smaller animals too..I will find myself stopping short to avoid hitting any kind of animal. Of course if I am on a main road or in a situation where it may cause an accident I don't..and will get so upset when I hit a squirrel or a possum.

About 6 months ago, I was driving home, and around the corner from my house when someones beagal dog ran out literally in front of my car..there would have been no way for me to stop..I knew the dog was dead, but since I was around the corner from my house I quick went home and had Mike go over there to make sure and to pull him off the side of the road to bury him. I cried for days..

I could go on and on..I am sorry..the worst thing about these people though is they get animals and let them wander around the neighboorhoods..our back neighboor has a little pug..he will get loose and come over here..and stay here for 2 and 3 weeks at a time before they call and ask if their dog is here..then take another 2 or 3 days before they come and get him. And I am NOT going to NOT feed him..I just can't do that..so he sleeps under my back steps..
