Is she drinking alot of water? You may want to mix up a water mixture that I fed mine. It is 8 TBLsp sugar, 4 Tsp salt, 1/4 tsp baking soda and 5 qts room temp or a luke warm water. Our does practically inhaled this. I put a pail of it in when they were about done kidding. This stuff hanging from the doe sounds like afterbirth so maybe she hasn't cleaned. In which case I think I would give her an antibiotic shot but this is me. Come on everyone...give this gal some help.
