We have used Valbazen for approx. a year now. We always worm the kids at 1 month of age when they start to eat solids. We worm our whole herd with it after kidding season is over and we always follow through with it again in 13- 15 days later to be sure we got a good kill on the worms. The doasage for Valbazen is 6-8 cc per 100 lbs. Do not under dose them that is the quickest way to reisistance with a wormer. I automatically give my kids at month of age 2-3 cc's with great results. Never give Valbazen to a pregnant doe it will cause abortions and will also cause deformities. If you are going to worm with Valbazen before breeding season also keep an eye on the withdrawl time which I beleive is right around 27 days if the Valbazen is still in the does system when bred it can still cause deformed kids. It is also effective on Lung worms and stomach worms where some wormers are not.
