THis sounds like another one of the odd things that happen. I also wonder if she had some sort of stenosis or narrowing in her esophagus or something like that. Maybe she had a defect internally of some sort that may have been beyond your control. Never the less I am sorry for your loss of the baby. I know how it feels, I think we all do. Dalice
