Cindy many times if you cannot put your hand in then you can feel the belly and tell. The best way to do this I have found is to straddle her, with you facing her rear end, your knees just behind her elbows (that way you can hold her with your legs if needed). Then gently but firmly pull up on either side of her belly with one hand, take your other hand and gently push in on her side, repeat on the other side. Now if there is kids inside OFTEN the doe will feel hard or at least hard where the kid is. If there are no kids she will feel mushy. This is only a rule of thumb and what I go by, it works for me. Now I have found that goats are tricksters by nature so this is not a foolproof test but as I said it works for me. Good job on the delivery and congradulations on the babies.
