Hi Helene the Sav-A-Kid Syringe is a syringe with a small rubber tube on one end with a hole in it and its about 7" or 8" long that is used to tube feed kids. They are something everyone should have in their emergency kits.. I havn't used one but I have seen them used many times by a friend of mine. She has tubed a couple of my kids for me over the years when there was a problem for some reason. I had a kid bloat one time and she used the tube for given the therbloat medicine. Finally stopped raining here... Thought we were going to wash away acouple of times. Sandy & Kids
