Last summer I sold two of my does only to have them given back to me last fall along with their "men" two fainter goat bucks. I already had a Boer Buck so they made #2and #3. About two weeks ago I was given a crazy LaMoncha X doe a very LARGE Pygmy buck. The doe was fresh and is still crazy after milking daily for two weeks. Anyway now I have 4 buck all the but the Boer have horns a foot and longer. The Pygmy is terrible agressive so I have moved the Boer out and left the Fainters as they are subbmissive and I thought they would work things out. Good idea until the crazy LaMoncha came into heat. Last nite "Billy" the Pygmy hit one of the Fainters so hard he broke the wire holding the fence up. Thank God only the fainter took off!!! Thinking he was picked up or hit I walked 1/2 mile looking for the goat. I called the dog pound and got laughed at and called a neighbor with stock no body had my goat. By this time I know he is strung up in somebodys barn afterall Easter is comming. My neighbor who is 50' from my house and never home happened to be outside so I yelled at him hoping he had at least seen what happened to the goat, he had, it was in his chicken coop. So I sighed a big sigh and brought the goat home. Now this is a good fainter and like all good fainters as soon as I pulled he passed out. Talk about a long 50' I drug him through the horse lot (don't worry it was soft) once past the fence I put him in a wheelbarrow he is now eating with his buddy. My question to you all is does anybody want a FAINTER one is a buck the other I thought was but do believe he stinks by association his parts don't look right so I would have to believe he is a weather goat.
On the up side I posted my second pair of chaps on E-bay late last nite and when I got in from the goat fiasco I had a bid !!!!!!! I am so very happy it's #1816700278 for those of you that were interested in looking the last time. The hiney in the photos is of my 7year old son he thought it funny his but was gonna be on the computer. Well thats my day in a nutshell too much excitement before noon. Now I am off to get Levi, feed and soda. Have a good day all.
