Tube fed kid out of sorts - any ideas?

I've been tube feeding this kid for a week (since birth). He was the 2nd born and I had to pull him. His brother is doing fine and is on the doe. Problem: This little guy (100% Boer)WILL NOT suck from a bottle or on a teat. He stands around humped up (like his belly isn't full) and after I feed him he'll sometimes stand there and grind his teeth. I've done quite a bit of tube & bottle feeding and haven't experienced this behavior, I feed only small amounts at a time (2 -4 ozs) He's not on his death bed - he stands around, but he's definately not right. ANY IDEAS? I thought possibly pneumonia. No fever though. Thought I'd ask you guys before I call my vet. Thanks!
