When my doe had mastitis, I treated with teat infusions, gave her pen G, and also would massage the udder with a product called - "udder mint" basically it was peppermint oil and goo felt like a liniment - makes your hands feel nice and cool like bengay but smelled strongly of nice mint.
Keep at it and be sure to test after you think its gone to make sure you really got it. I had a lab culture the milk (well, it was just dry doe goo) and they told me all about what it was sensitive too, what strain it was and cell counts. (all on the big cow sheets.. I just scratched out cow and put goat - very important since the SCC somatic cell counts are much higher in goats)
Best of luck!
