Not sure at what point in the pregnancy you can feel the kids best but I can tell you where. We feel just behind the rib cage and below the backbone this is for the does that are further along. For does not so far you can take your hands and cup them underneath the doe, just in front of the bag, and pull up carefully but firmly. Now you may not be able to feel anything but on does that are bred they seem to be tight feeling and firm. An open doe tends to be mushy feeling. Try this on one you know is bred then go to the one in question. Often what else works for me is to push on one side of the doe, this gets the kids moving. If they are large enough they will move away from your touch and you can see them moving around by the flank area. Hope this helps some..
