I am with Gary and think it sounds like Cocci. Even if the vet said fecals tested negative. Let me ask you a question. Doesn't she do cocci prevention on her kids as a normal routine anyway? Dont' mean to make matters worse, but if it was me at this point regardless of what the vet said, I would try anything I can to try and save them. We do the seven dust on ours for the lice too. but I am not sure if they would work on the black lice. I have never seen them.
