Gary, Thanks and I will keep you posted. I hate to say it but I don't think they will get the albon or corrid. She means well but is very set in her way of thinking and the vet says no cocci so it must be no cocci. I did not think of the sugar thing but you are right it does cause diareah to get worse I will forward that to her in the am.
And no I am not staying warm it is cold here... for two days now it has rained, snowed , sleeted and now snowed all day again. I am glad that I didn't get the babies that were expected as this is major pnumonia weather and I have a know problem with pasturella on my farm.
The goats seem to be ok and the younger sheep are fine but this changing temps has been hard on on my old ewes. So far I have had two go down, one is up in a dryer area the other in a barn and looking good (Granny). I think she will be just fine and even the cold wouldn't hurt. But where the sheep are the ground is lower and hasn't frozen so there is mud (slippery) and 8 inches of wet snow topped with 3 inches of fluffy snow. It's very hard to get around in for me and I am not prego. Anyway I will keep you posted on the babies and Granny. Thanks for the help!
