Thanks for that information. I have a friend goat breeder that just had an adult nubian doe bloat for no reason. She couldn't figure out why, no changes in feed, no moving the goat around, nothing was different. THe goat was tubed, and treated for bloat. THis went on for a couple days. THe goat was obviously dying.It would go down for a few minutes and then right back up. Finally she pulled from the back of her mind overeating and treated her with the overeating anititoxin Within the next 24 hours the goat made a miraculous recovery and is now fine. This breeder is meticulous about CDT vaccines. SHe is a registered vet tech. SHe is now considering giving CDT every three months.
I just thought this might help someone else out sometime. Dalice
