The last doe we lost was about a month from the due date. Some of it has to do with how they pull the cal. from their bones and how they are being fed. If I understand correctly stress can also play a factor in it. There are several good articles here on Goatworld read them they make sense. I am thinking of you good luck! Oh the cal. pills I got mine at a local grocery store for less than $5 I think there is 100 in a bottle. Discount groceries also have them for about $3.
