Karen,
When you say you do all your own processing, do you mean YOU personally or goat hater? My college offered a meats class and I always thought it would be beneficial, but I was not sure I could handle it. ( I was a vegetarian for a while, but have a better understanding of the purpose of livestock now) If you do it, where did you learn and is it hard to do . . . I mean mentally?
