OT: Christmas Presents

I have one dumb question why is it husbands give ideas for Christmas and then they buy the idea themselves. Or is it my husband is the only one who does this. It makes it very difficult to get him any sort of surprise for anything. Just wondered if anyone else has this problem??? Oh Dalice he bought the guitar himself : (.
