My personal opinion would be to go ahead and treat them. But I do believe we had a discussion concerning Bisol not too long ago and it is not used for the treatment of Cocci, but rather for diarrhea. I don't have time right this second, I am sorry but you can either type in neomycin sulfate in the google search engine http://www.google.com or check the goatworld archives.
Check with your vet and see if he has any albon, which he probably should. Then once you are done treating I would go over to the jeffers online http://www.jeffers.com or pipeline.com http://www.pipeline.com and order one of their catalogs, you can order sulfa drugs from there which is less expensive than purchasing from your vet. If you are going to treat for cocci, you want to treat the whole heard, as if one has it, they may all get it. As far as the pregnant does, I would call your vet, but when we treated, we were told by our vet to treat even the pregnant does.
Good luck and keep us posted (smile)..sorry I gotta run..
