Hi Bobbie,

It appears that it is in the same family as the Tansy Ragwort although they pictures are different. Here a a couple of pictures so you can compare with what you are seeing in your area.

From what I am seeing and reading, ragweed could also be poisonous to goats as well but I will have to research it further as I'm not seeing it in any of the Poisonous Plant databases (yet).
