Hi Tanya,
Glad to hear that she is doing better. Worms could very well be the problem. You mentioned that they are small white worms - they are not long and stringy? Sound a bit different than tapeworms but it's hard to tell without seeing them. Could be that she ingested larvae and the larvae hatched and now she is shedding them like crazy. Quite a few possibilities actually. I'd definitely worm her because now that you've seen worms, you know they are there. It's the kind that you can't see that make a person think it is something other than worms when it really is worms. You may want to give her some ProBios paste just for good measure - repopulate the rumen with good bacteria since she's had a roungh go of it the last few days. Also, I was thinking when you mentioned tapeworms - you may want to consider adding a bit of Piperazine-17 to her water. This gets alot of the bigger worms (like tapeworms, roundworms, etc.) I've added about 1 capful per gallon of water to our goats water at times. Seems to help but certainly does not replace the other wormers like Ivomec, Panacur, SafeGuard, Cydectin, etc.
Best regards,
Gary
