Hi Tanya,
I would give only the Pepto Bismol. Something about substituting anything else will halt the peristaltic action of the gut is how I was told. On a dosage, I would say that 5cc's should be enough to start with for her size. 5cc's now and then 5cc's a few hours later (after she has eaten again). You should see an improvement by tomorrow. If you stop giving her the Pepto and the diarrhea returns, you'll know that it is something else and I would think there may be a chance of coccidiosis. Might not hurt to get some Albon or CoRid (if you can find it).
