CD/T in early pregnancy?

I just had one of my does bred for the first time. However, I completely forgot that she is due for her second CD/T next week. (The previous owner did not believe in giving CD/T shots). Should I wait until she is farther along in her pregnancy? Or go ahead and do it at the scheduled time?
