We also raise fullblood boers and percentages. our does kidded in June and our doelings are at 70-75 lbs. Gary is right nutrition such as mineral and feed and also genetics play a big role in this. What kind of feed do you give them? What do you give for a mineral? Vaccinations? Creeps for your young so they can get feed and hay when ever they want. Just a few questions I know but just need to know in order to help if we can. Our bucks have good genetics but most of our doelings are percentages bred by these bucks and the kids are really hardy and muscled. Hope this helps you out some.
