She should be the right size. Quite a few breeders use the hip to pin bone measure as a guide. If the distance between her hip bone and pin bone is 5 inches or more she should be big enough to deliver safely. Age also has a bearing on things. After the age of 2 years the joints between the pelvic bones start to ossify (harden) and won't stretch as much during the birth process. These ligaments need to be stretched at a fairly early age (preferably at around 18 months to 2 years old) to make later kiddings easier. Don't wait much longer, if her pelvis isn't big enough now chances are she will always have a pelvis that is a bit too small, particularly if she has a big single kid.
