pygmy goat ready to deliver need advise

A friend of mine has a pygmy goat ready to deliver any time she has been showing signs of mucas at her tail, her bag is filled and we are still waiting for over a week now nothing is happing is some thing wrong?is this normal for them?To have mucas a little at a time.She is normal otherwise.Thanks Pam
