Hi Lila, Antibiotics usually effect the rumen of the goat. I would give some probios to try and get the rumen functioning correctly again. I would also just give her hay and water, until the diarrhea clears up. Make sure she is drinking enough, so as not to get dehydrated. If you are having alot of illness, you might want to dose your whole herd with ID-a immune system booster. It is sold here at Goatworld. I used it last winter, and it perked everybody up. Let us know how you make out.
