ooohh one more thing, the pan feeding method worked wonderfully when we weaned one of our little bucks from mamma. The girls were fine on bottles but I could not get that one little devil to take a bottle. My son said he had heard once you have a billy that feeds off of mamma it is almost impossible for you to get him to take a bottle..not sure if that is an old wives tale or not, but the pan feeding method sure did work..it was better than me trying to shove a bottle down his throat and him spit it back up..ugg what a mess..LOL
