Hi Leah,
Thank you for asking. I am feeling a bit better now. It's been a week of that sneezy, stuffy feeling though. It must be some kind of bronchitis that has been going around because it seems focused upon that area. I have been taking Brewers Yeast and a few of the other anecdotes people here on the forum recommended - I think between all of them I've got this bug beat for this time around. Hope you are feeling better too. Thank you for asking.
