Hi Tom
I'm like you i don't make alot of post on the message forum, but I read every single message and I print out all the messages that are of interest to me and my goats well being.
I feed my goats Purina Goat Chow and Co-op Lamp Stater that has some corn in it. the Lamp Starter also has Ammonium Chloride mixed with it... I purhcase a 40 pound bag of Ammonium Chloride from my Co-op feed store once every 5 or 6 months to mix in with my kids drinking water. The cost is right at 26.00 dollars for the 40 lb bag.
My Co-op store doesn't stock the Ammonium Chloride at their store, but If U ask they should be able to get U some in from their feed mixing plant. Lucky for me my youngest brother is a manager at one of our local Co-op Stores.. The Co-op name brand feeds are all mixed by
Co-op. As for the whole straight corn i only feed it to my girls, My boys don't get whole corn at all.
