Lol... sorry, I just couldn't resist. I myself like Nitequill for the simple fact that after a few shots its sleepie land no matter how clogged the sinuses are. Take a shot(or two) -enjoy a really hot bath and then when you're ready to pass out (which should be during the hot bath!) go to bed!

Also - nice hot and spicey chilli seems to help clear those sinuses!

Hope you feel better soon! And remember, La-200 may not be the drug of choice for you cold. how about Nuflor? VBG!
