I know they mentioned that oak can be poisonous, but did you know that the famous Iberian hams come from pigs grazed on Oak Forrests. I think that something about the Acorns, ect has some effect on the carcass quality and yields that expensive hams that are famous! I can't remember it exactly, but if I come across the article again I'll be sure to post it!

Just thought it was neat!
