Christmas cookie disaster

Well I just have to share this, I thought I would start making some Christmas cookies to put in the freezer today. I tried a new recipe for molasses cookies, they are almost as hard as rocks and are probably the worst cookies I have ever made, my husband and daughter are still laughing about them. When I fed the goats tonight I thought I would see what they thought of them, they loved them, my daughter thinks it is so funny she says I made cookies for the goats and not for us to eat.
