Hi Gary I think she should use 1 Vitamin E capsule per kid and also She should order something like Vitamin E-Se Premix I put it out for prgnant does and for the kids about twice a month only because our area is ok for selenium other wise i would probably offer it all the time or more often. I get it from Pipestone. As far as substituting something I 'm really no help, sorry.
