I first thought all my goats had developed pinkeye. So i got an eye cream. But it came back. I spoke to a different vet. and he said it sounded like Chlamydia. I have also sold my buck who had bred my does at the time and have purchased a new one a few months ago. The only does he has maybe even bred, he is young, were two does that were vac. about 8 months ago.
