Hi all,

It looks as if our first round of winter will be arriving Wednesday when they say that snow accumulation is possible. Had some pretty wicked weather Friday night though - bunch of tornados got pretty close by. The guy on the news said that one of them was a quarter mile wide. We've been lucky so far. Got some pretty heavy winds though. Made a shambles out of everything. It did manage to blow away all the fallen leaves I hadn't yet raked.

Now with winter on the way though, I'm sure our goats will be kidding very soon. They seem to wait until the coldest days and then surprise us. We've got 10 or 12 does ready to kid anyday now.

Well, hope everyone is ready for the winter. I think we are. Of course I say that but I just know I'll be out there on the coldest day doing something that I should have got done before winter LOL.

Best regards,

Gary Pfalzbot
