Gary, I thought I should check on him one more time before I go to bed. I can't believe it but he is still alive, he is really floppy now. I propped him back up and will just have to hope for the best in the morning. I am going to call the vet first thing in the morning to get the antibiotics and the bo-se if it doesn't help this little guy hopefully it will help the rest of my does that will be kidding this year. The vets in our area don't seem to think we are selenium deficient, hopefully when I explain my weak kid problem I can get some bo-se. I didn't explain to you very well the minerals that I use. I used to use loose minerals for goats and I keep a goat mineral block in each pen also, than I switched to horse loose minerals because I read on the message board that loose mineral for horses or cattle was better than anything made for goats. I have never had a problem with weak back legs before maybe it is because this doe is fairly young, she was a year old in March this is her first time kidding and she had twins maybe all that combined caused the weaked back legs. well thanks for reading all of my rambling on and on.
