Feeding corn gluten

Does anyone feed their goats Corn Gluten?

I was curious about this. I know my father inlaw feeds this to their calves all year round. I know that a goat is way different than a cow, and I also know that this is also medicated, but I am wondering if this would be a good idea to feed in the fall..Any comments or suggestions?
