If you see your doe in heat - get a calender in the barn and write down the days she was in. Then, in about 18 or so days she should be back in. It really helps to keep it on your calender so when you see that highlighted "expeted heat cycle" you'll be able to call a breeder a day ahead or so to let them know you're comming. Also, since you have dairy goats - and I'm sure you're prob. already an ADGA member, they have a wonderful breeding calender! I think its like $6.50 or something, but it has day by day due dates, and helpful tips every month.
Glad you're enjoying your goats! When I had two does, they'd cycle close to each other, usually about a week or less off. Seemed like you go to the breeder late on night, and then a few days later when you had no time, boom! the next one would be standing, jealouse of her mate!
Good Luck Breeding! you can find other breeders of Sannans, ect in the ADGA membership directory. If you don't have a copy, e-mail me your state/area and I can look up a few names for you!
